What to Have Ready

Auto glass isn’t one-size-fits-all, and the fastest quote is the one where we don’t have to call you back three times. Before you get in touch, have this handy:

• Year, make and model — the specific glass depends on it
• Which piece broke — windshield, door, back or quarter glass
• How bad it is — a chip the size of a coin is a different job than a crack running edge to edge
• Where the vehicle is — if you want us to come to you, and whether there’s room to work around it
• How many vehicles — if it’s more than one

If you have a photo of the damage, keep it on your phone — it usually settles the repair-or-replace question in seconds when we talk.

We Come to You

You don’t always have to bring the vehicle in. We run mobile service across Houston — at home, at work, or wherever the vehicle is parked, as long as it can be safely and legally accessed with room to work around it.

Some spots don’t work: no clearance, no permission from the property, bad weather. Tell us the address when you call and we’ll say straight away whether we can do it there, instead of finding out on the day.
